Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the sales strategy for agency and advertiser revenue growth
- Identify and convert new revenue opportunities through proactive pipeline building
- Lead senior level prospecting and negotiations through to approval and signature
- Manage and optimise an existing portfolio, assessing performance and ROI
- Strengthen relationships across media agencies, trading desks and direct advertisers
- Provide market insight on the video advertising landscape and priority demand partners
- Support wider strategic partnerships across areas such as programmatic, ad operations and content
- Deliver accurate monthly forecasting and reporting with strong commercial rigour
Experience required
- Strong online media experience with a proven track record in advertising sales
- Confident selling into agencies, trading desks and direct brands at senior stakeholder level
- Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills and a consistent performance record
- Tenacious and proactive, with high attention to detail and follow through
- Comfortable in a fast moving, high opportunity environment
- Professional English essential
