In 2016, a group of entrepreneurs set out with a simple ambition: to reshape the way digital video advertising works. Their belief was that premium video experiences should benefit everyone in the ecosystem. Publishers should be able to create engaging content while building sustainable revenue. Brands should reach audiences in environments that feel trusted, relevant, and safe. And agencies should have access to formats that genuinely capture attention rather than interrupt it.

Since then, the business has grown into a global media and technology company operating across more than 25 markets, bringing together content creation, proprietary technology, and advertising solutions under one roof. What makes the company unique is the way it blends creativity with performance. Video formats, branded content, and innovative creative executions are not just built to look good. They are designed to work harder for both advertisers and publishers, delivering measurable results while elevating the experience for audiences.

At the heart of the company is a collaborative culture where commercial teams, creatives, marketers, and technologists work closely together. Ideas move quickly from concept to execution, and creativity is seen as a commercial driver rather than a separate discipline. The UK team operates as a central hub within this global network, working closely with agencies and brands to bring standout video and creative solutions to life.

Now, as the UK business continues to expand its creative offering, the team is looking for a Marketing and Creative Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how the company shows up in the market. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, creativity, and commercial growth. It is an opportunity to help define how the business presents its creative capabilities to agencies and brands while ensuring that every interaction with the market feels thoughtful, engaging, and memorable.

Working closely with the UK leadership team, sales specialists, and the global marketing and creative studio, you will help bring campaigns, concepts, and client experiences to life. From developing marketing initiatives and managing the local marketing budget, to organising industry events and producing compelling sales materials, you will play a key role in telling the story of the company’s creative capabilities. You will also act as the bridge between the commercial and creative teams, helping to shape ideas, facilitate brainstorms, and guide projects from the earliest concept through to delivery.

Part of the role involves becoming a visible advocate for the company’s creative studio. You will work directly with agencies and brands, helping them understand how creative formats, storytelling, and innovative executions can unlock stronger campaign performance. Whether presenting new ideas, leading discussions with creative partners, or helping develop proactive concepts, you will be instrumental in ensuring the company’s creative proposition stands out in a competitive market.

This position offers a rare level of autonomy. You will have the opportunity to shape the role, bring your own ideas to the table, and experiment with new ways of engaging agencies and clients through events, content, and creative activations. It is a role designed for someone who enjoys both the strategic thinking behind marketing and the hands on execution that brings ideas to life.

The ideal candidate will likely have around three to five years of experience in marketing, creative project management, or a similar role within media, advertising, or a creative environment. You are someone who enjoys working across teams and bringing people together around ideas. You combine strong organisational skills with creative thinking, and you are just as comfortable managing multiple projects as you are contributing to brainstorms or presenting concepts.

A passion for storytelling, events, and creative problem solving will help you thrive in this role. For someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of creativity, marketing, and commercial impact, this is an opportunity to join a fast growing global media business and play a key role in shaping how its creative offering is brought to market.
