Head of Marketing, Climate Tech SaaS
Head of Marketing | Climate Tech SaaS | London | Hybrid | Up to £100,000
A new wave of climate-focused technology businesses is emerging, built not just to grow fast, but to solve meaningful, global problems. One of the most exciting among them is a venture focused on a challenge few companies have truly cracked: understanding and reducing the environmental impact of cloud computing. Born from the belief that sustainability and technology must work hand in hand, the team is building tools that bring clarity to complex emissions data, helping organisations make smarter, greener decisions at scale.
Culturally, this is a business defined by curiosity, pace, and purpose. It is a founding team environment where ideas are tested quickly, ownership is real, and collaboration sits at the centre of everything. You will work side by side with product, engineering, and commercial teams, all aligned around a shared mission to shape an entirely new category at the intersection of cloud, data, and sustainability.
Now, as the business moves from early traction into its next phase of growth, they are looking for a Head of Marketing to define and build the engine that powers that journey. This is a true zero to one role, where you will set the narrative, design the growth strategy, and create the systems that turn awareness into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
In practice, this means owning the full funnel. From shaping how the market understands cloud sustainability, to building content and education frameworks that move audiences from unaware to engaged, to creating scalable acquisition channels across SEO, partnerships, and paid. You will craft the category story, translate complex technical ideas into clear commercial value, and build growth systems that are measurable, repeatable, and deeply connected to revenue. Along the way, you will work closely with sales to accelerate deals, support expansion, and ensure everything the business says externally truly resonates with real customer challenges.
They are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Someone who has built growth engines in B2B SaaS environments, ideally in early stage settings, and understands how to take a product from emerging to essential. You will bring a strong instinct for storytelling and positioning, balanced with analytical rigour across experimentation, attribution, and automation. Just as importantly, you will have the mindset of a builder, comfortable operating with ambiguity, and motivated by the opportunity to create something from the ground up.
If you are excited by the idea of defining a category, building a marketing function from scratch, and contributing to a product with real environmental impact, this is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely meaningful leadership role.
