What you will be doing:

• Lead a high profile client relationship, acting as a trusted senior advisor and strategic partner

• Drive account growth through identifying new opportunities across social, influencer, media and commerce

• Own commercial performance including revenue forecasting, profitability and resource planning

• Build, mentor and develop high performing teams, improving capability and ways of working

• Collaborate cross functionally with strategy, creative and operations to deliver best in class campaigns

• Deliver insightful reporting, QBRs and strategic recommendations to exceed client expectations

• Represent the agency externally, strengthening client relationships and contributing to wider business growth
