Client Success Manager
We are partnering with a high growth business operating across programmatic media, data, and technology, looking to hire a Client Success Manager into a globally focused role with strong strategic exposure and lead-level responsibility.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with enterprise clients in complex, multi market environments and wants to play a central role in driving platform adoption, client satisfaction, and long term value across key accounts.
The role
As Client Success Manager, you will sit at the centre of a number of strategic global client relationships, helping to ensure platform solutions are implemented successfully, adopted effectively, and continually delivering value.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders as well as internal teams across product, tech, analytics, enablement, and local markets. The role requires someone who can manage complexity, build trust quickly, and bring structure to multiple workstreams across regions.
Key responsibilities
- Own day to day client success relationships with senior global stakeholders across key accounts
- Lead onboarding and rollout plans for global platform engagements across multiple markets
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing support
- Manage escalations end to end, including triage, communication, resolution tracking, and post issue review
- Drive adoption and engagement through regular business reviews, training, and enablement programmes
- Ensure product releases, updates, and changes are communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders
- Act as the central point of contact for client feedback, feature requests, and enhancement priorities
- Partner with product and internal teams to help shape roadmap discussions and improve the client experience
- Build strong alignment between global and local stakeholders to keep programmes on track
Skills and experience required
- Experience in client success, account management, programme management, or a similar role
- Background in adtech, martech, SaaS, media technology, or another platform led environment
- Experience managing enterprise clients, ideally across global or multi market accounts
- Strong understanding of onboarding, client adoption, and platform engagement strategies
- Experience handling support processes and managing escalations in a structured way
- Comfortable using data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both end users and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
- Able to work cross functionally in a fast paced, international environment
