Over the last year, one of the UK’s most recognisable media groups has been reshaping its social offering around a much bigger ambition. As audience attention continues to move towards platform native, creator led content, the business has brought its growing portfolio of social brands together under one home, creating a more unified and future-facing proposition across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, news and sport.
This is a business building for where media is going next. With a strong footprint across Instagram and TikTok, and growing investment across YouTube, podcasts and original content, it is creating a modern commercial model designed to help brands connect with audiences in more relevant, culturally resonant ways. The focus is on building social first partnerships that feel native to the platform, credible to the audience, and effective for clients.
As part of that next phase, they are now looking for a Social Sales Executive to help grow their fashion and beauty vertical. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their sales career who understands the pace and energy of social, enjoys being in market, and wants to build a specialism in one of the most brand active categories in media.
The role will sit across a portfolio of lifestyle and social brands, helping to drive new business and grow existing partnerships with both agencies and clients directly. You will be involved in shaping outreach, building relationships, developing pitch materials, responding to briefs, and working closely with internal teams to bring commercially strong ideas to market. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle landscape, helping the business continue to strengthen its presence and credibility in the category.
This role would suit someone with some experience in media, digital, branded content or social sales who is looking to take the next step in a high growth environment. You may already have exposure to fashion or beauty clients, or you may have built your experience more broadly across agency or digital sales and be looking to develop deeper expertise in this space. What matters most is strong commercial instinct, confidence in front of clients, a genuine interest in social and culture, and the drive to build relationships and grow a category over time.
