Senior Sales Manager
Senior Sales Manager
London | £60,000 to £70,000 plus commission | Adtech and Programmatic
For years, advertisers have relied on increasingly fragmented signals to understand who they are reaching.
This Adtech business was built around a different idea: use real world behaviour to create a clearer picture of real audiences.
Its audience technology brings together anonymised mobile, financial, location and behavioural data to understand where people go, what they are interested in and how they interact with the world around them. Those insights can then inform planning, activation and measurement across programmatic media, without depending on cookies or personal identifiers.
It is a proposition that sits neatly at the intersection of data, media and technology, and one that has already produced award winning work and measurable commercial outcomes for advertisers. In one financial services campaign, a bespoke audience strategy contributed to a 46 percent uplift in qualified leads during the first month.
The timing of this hire is particularly interesting.
The company has recently become part of a larger international Adtech group, bringing together its audience design capability with location intelligence, omnichannel activation and an expanding AI infrastructure. The acquisition also strengthens its international reach and creates further opportunity across areas including CTV and programmatic digital out of home.
They are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to play an important role in the next phase of commercial growth in London.
You will own relationships across at least one major agency group, client direct patch, or a mixture of the two. The expectation is not simply to manage existing spend. You will map organisations, build relationships with planners and buyers, identify new briefs and develop opportunities around the wider capabilities of the platform.
You will be supported by specialists across planning, trading, product and account management, but you will own the commercial relationship and sales journey. Previous sales vacancies within the business have placed particular emphasis on developing agency relationships, generating briefs, presenting the proposition and converting opportunities into bookings.
This would suit someone with a strong grounding in digital media or Adtech sales who wants greater ownership and visibility. You will already understand how agencies operate, have relationships you can build from and be comfortable discussing audience strategy, programmatic activation and business outcomes with clients.
The London sales operation is growing, and the integration of two established businesses means there is a genuine opportunity to join while the commercial structure is still taking shape.
£60,000 to £70,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission.
