I’m hiring an Agency Sales Director role for a global leader in all things programmatic advertising who have a really strong reputation in the market.

– You’ll get to represent a top business right at the cutting edge of digital media!
– They receive better client feedback from agency partners than Google, Meta and other huge names in the digital industry.
– They provide advertisers with unique marketing intelligence, built around their cutting edge analytics & insights platform which helps inform advertising strategy.
-They then deliver bespoke advertising campaigns with an in-house team of programmatic experts ensuring smooth delivery & excellent results.
-They always deliver on their promises to clients which should give you great confidence in what you’re selling!
– They pay well vs the industry standard with a 100% OTE which is super achievable built around individual / team success (they’ve consistently hit their team target throughout their existence.).
– There’s no threshold for earning comms, and if you don’t hit your target but the team does, you still get paid!
Who are you?
– You’ll be an International Agency Director focused on driving sales with international teams within key marketing agencies.
– Solid sales background, ideally with existing contacts in agencies (specifically teams that manage global budgets)
– You’ll be a go getter who enjoys the Media & Advertising space and being a top operator for their clients.
– Strategic / consultative seller, who can help solve problems for clients and is an excellent communicator!
