A leading global retailer are looking for a Retail Media Data Analyst to join their international in-house media function. This exciting role will focus on driving the success of a Retail Media Network proposition across multiple markets, with a strong emphasis on measurement, analytics, and insights.
In this role, you will take ownership of campaign analysis, ensuring performance is accurately measured and reported, while continuously enhancing analytical models to improve efficiency.
You’ll also play a pivotal part in trial evaluations, identifying key learnings and providing valuable recommendations to optimise strategies. Collaborating closely with country teams (market leads and marketing leads) and international counterparts, you’ll ensure consistent data collection and analysis while supporting the rollout of their retail media proposition in new markets.
Success in this position requires proven experience in data analysis, ideally within retail media, advertising, or the grocery industry. Strong technical skills in tools like Excel are essential, with familiarity in metrics such as ROAS and sales uplift highly desirable. Clear communication skills are vital as you’ll present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while experience in driving process improvements or automation will set you apart.
The business has been on a journey since the launch of their centralised media function, they have built a team of experts from across the industry in various disciplines and are continuing to scale with market expansion.
