Agency Sales Account Director (Omnicom)
I’m recruiting for a really exciting AdTech company.
The role is a hire to maintain and build relationships with Omnicom agency teams (Hearts & Science and MGOMD mainly), helping evangelise and drive further adoption of their very strong product offering,which involves omnichannel activation based on geolocation data.
- They are one of the market leaders in the Precision Targeting space, and they are all about sustainability, transparency and precise targeting for their clients, leveraging location data.
- They deliberately prioritise working with partners that prioritise sustainability over cost, even if that means they cost more for their clients.
- They’re hitting all their targets and have a great team culture and everyone pulling together towards a same goal.
- They are self-funded and profitable rather than funded venture capitalists, which means there’s less pressure on the sales team and a nice sales culture not just driven by unrealistic targets and high pressure vs other AdTech companies.
You’ll need to have a good knowledge of the Digital Media/Programmatic ecosystem and ideally have worked in media sales or at a media agency.
If you are selling to Omnicom agencies agency teams currently for an AdTech platform or come from a Media Agency in a senior digital planning role and want to make the jump into the media owner / vendor space and learn sales this is a perfect opportunity. In fact the way they work with clients, a planning background is preferred to sales, as it’s a very consultative sales cycle.
