Publisher Sales Manager – AdTech Mobile App Platform:

My client is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager, Publisher Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new supply opportunities from various sources such as publishers, app developers, and digital media owners. You will help them build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new supply opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies
  • Track and report on business development activities and results
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Publisher Sales, specifically in establishing and managing partnerships within offer-wall rewarded industry
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a track record of successfully securing and managing partnerships
  • Ability to work cross functionally with Marketing, Product and Ops teams
  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Very fast learner (and addicted to learn), reliable person with unstoppable can-do-attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

The Package:

  • $100,000+ Base Salary
  • 2.5% on Net Revenue commission for 6 months on all new accounts
  • Flexible remote work
