DSP Partnerships Manager

They are a fast-growing startup revolutionizing out-of-home advertising with a global platform that automates the buying and selling of outdoor ads, enables programmatic trading, and delivers dynamic, data-driven content to screens.
Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced DSP Account Manager to drive the management and growth of existing DSP partnerships and source new DSPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 10+ key DSPs, driving operational and commercial success.
- Extend DSPs geographically and pre-qualify new DSPs based on demand.
- Lead day-to-day governance and engagement with DSP partners.
- Drive revenue and business growth
- Ensure technical innovation is communicated to DSPs and feed product feedback.
- Develop education and training for DSP teams.
- Build insights from internal tools to drive trust and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared revenue goals.
- Source and onboard new DSPs based on defined criteria.
- Travel for key meetings and QBRs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in programmatic trading, ideally in DOOH or other advertising channels.
- Recent DSP partnership management experience with an understanding of their structure and operations.
- Knowledge of online, OOH, mobile, and video industries is a plus.
- Passion for digital transformation in out-of-home advertising.
- Can go into the New York office x2 days a week
