About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Success Manager to join one of the world’s largest sports-tech businesses. This role is designed for a digital-native professional with a deep understanding of consumer journeys, user behaviors, and fan engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients across North America, helping them adopt and optimize our cutting-edge technology solutions to drive consumer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices for leveraging our suite of sports-tech solutions.
  • Account Management – work with clients to service their business and understand their needs and work with product teams to be able to develop solutions to their needs
  • Analyze consumer behaviors and digital trends to create tailored digital engagement strategies for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, data analytics) to align technology solutions with client goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights to clients to help optimize user engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.
  • Deliver workshops, training, and strategic consultations to enhance customer adoption and success.
  • Monitor client performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations in the sports and entertainment industry to offer cutting-edge recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, digital strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in the sports-tech, media, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of fan engagement strategies, user behavior analytics, and digital consumer journeys cross platform – web / mobile / social / app / CTV.
  • Experience working with SaaS, digital media, or sports-tech platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and educate clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A passion for sports, technology, and innovation.
  • It’s mandatory you’re a sports fan and know the difference between Lionel Messi from your Jalen Hurts or Donovon Mitchells – this is a non-negotiable.
