Programmatic Sales Manager (IC Sales)- Client Direct Programmatic Ad Tech

Remote role but you must be based in or near the state of Texas due to a focus on clients in the region

*This is an Individual Contributor role, it’s not management

This company has very powerful platform that is able to ID people no other tech can and target them in subtle non invasive ways.

This includes a strong first-party identity, behaviour triggered ads, cross channel integrations all powered on AI.

The company is doing very well, continues to grow and has plenty of resources to help you in this role.

  • They work with great enterprise brands & agencies already but they’re is a big market to still sell into – they are winning big brands from the biggest players in the market

The Role

  • This is new business role winning new agency holding groups, indis and/or clients direct
  • Selling into Texas and local markets
  • *This is not a management role, it’s a senior IC role selling programmatic adtech
  • Hunt new business from scratch (they have an SDR team) manage a complex sales process whilst doing a full and constant discovery

Requirements

  • You must have a 3-8 years experience selling programmatic adtech to client direct and/or big agencies (this is not an agency sales role)
  • You must be based in or near the state of Texas, you must be able to travel to clients in that region
  • Have experience selling into this region and happy to sell mostly into this marke
  • Selling enterprise deals not focused solely on using your network but also using a great sales process from lead gen, qualification, discovery all the way through to close
  • You should have longevity in roles and can prove you’ve consistently hit target most years
  • You have won as completely new logo enterprise brands/agencies
  • Happy to generate your own pipeline
