Brand Partnerships Sales Manager – Social Publisher for Gen Z Audience
Base Salary: £45 – £55K + comms and benefits | Hybrid Working
I’m working with an agenda-setting global lifestyle media owner with a huge audience reach who create cutting-edge content across several audience and passion centre verticals, primarily Gen Z and Millennials, with hundreds of millions of video views per month. My client works with some of the world’s best brands on deep, creative Content Partnerships. Brand Partnerships Sales Manager who has experience selling social-first branded content partnerships, understands social video and influencer marketing, and has experience and/or a blackbook of contacts selling to media agencies and marketing departments at brands directly.
Candidate Attributes:
- Proven proactive hunter sales-style, ability to create new business through personal influence, and develop creative ideas that clients love
- Black book of key and media planning and buying and comms strategy decision makers at International Big 6 Media Agencies and/or Marketing Directors at brands
- Experience of selling branded content and brand partnerships, particularly on Social
- Social-native, a good understanding of TikTok, IG, YouTube video content, and how to sell brand collaborations and integrations on these platforms
- Engineer new opportunities and drive the pipeline growth through activity and intelligent pitching of ideas that clients find compelling
- The ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organisation and in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Coachable, curious, and resilient

- Track record of hitting and smashing revenue targets
