The Role
- Managing a team of 4-5 SDRs
- Looking after and reporting on KPIs, motivating the team and driving success
- Analyse data and trends to improve efficiency
- Adding to and changing TAMs
- Helping and managing the upkeep of Salesforce
Qualifications
- You must have recent SaaS SDR management, a minimum of 1 year ideally closer to 2-5 years
- Happy to lead from the front, generating opportunities and showing the team how its done
- Great experience generating opportunities from scratch including cold calls and emails
- Good knowledge of the ecommerce space
- Can work in the central London office 3 days a week
