Senior Customer Success Manager – SAAS GEOPOLITICAL RISK REALTIME & PREDICTION AI TECH
Up to £47k base + 20% OTE
Role can be remote/hybrid/office based
*You must have recent experience in a CSM or AM role at a SaaS company
This company sell a risk solution used for global aviation.
It predicts in real time (and also predicts) security risks – its an absolute need to have SaaS products.

Role
- This is a classic SaaS CSM role managing accounts, focused or airline and other Aeronautical focused clients
- Managing 30-40 accounts
- Focused on day 2 day client management & renewal
Requirements
- You must have at least 2 years CSM or Account Management experience at a SaaS vendor – this should be your most recent experience
- Ideally an interest in the this space
- Have managed and renewed accounts
- Happy to occasionally come into the office
