Now, the agency is ready to take its programmatic capability to the next level, and they are looking for a Programmatic Business Director to lead this evolution. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, shaping how programmatic drives client growth today, while building the agency’s long term vision for the channel.

You will act as the senior face of programmatic, forging trusted relationships with senior clients and translating their ambitions into clear, actionable strategies across display, video, CTV and programmatic OOH. At the same time, you will stay close to the craft, overseeing planning, buying, and optimisation across DV360 and AdForm, ensuring the agency’s work remains best in class and future ready.

A big part of your remit will be owning and developing relationships with technology partners. From building strong ties with DSPs and data providers to testing emerging tools, you will be the person who ensures the agency is ahead of the curve on innovation. By leveraging these partnerships, you will identify new opportunities for clients and ensure programmatic continues to deliver growth beyond media metrics.

As a leader, you will grow and inspire a specialist team, combining mentorship with hands on development to build both technical excellence and commercial confidence. Internally, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to evolve the agency’s overall digital proposition, bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping shape how programmatic integrates with broader media and creative strategies.

We are looking for someone who blends strategic vision with deep technical knowledge, who can switch seamlessly between high level client conversations, partner negotiations and detailed optimisation discussions. You will have proven programmatic trading experience, a track record of leading teams, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders both inside the agency and across the industry.
