We are a high growth AdTech scale up delivering ad fraud prevention and marketing intelligence that helps performance marketers protect and improve digital advertising across Google PPC, Performance Max and affiliate marketing. As we expand across multiple verticals including e commerce, retail, travel, gaming and financial services, we are evolving from prevention into optimisation and performance enhancement solutions.
The role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our product team, reporting to the Chief Product Officer and managing a Product Owner. This is a pivotal role with ownership across key product areas, responsible for product strategy, MVP delivery, feature launches, and close alignment with sales and customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategic evolution of our products from fraud detection and prevention into optimisation and performance enhancement across Google PPC, Performance Max and affiliate marketing, supporting expansion into new verticals
- Own MVP definition, planning and launch execution, including success metrics, phased rollout strategies, and speed to market versus quality trade offs
- Maintain strong alignment with the sales process, acting as product expert in customer conversations, shaping demo narratives, and ensuring roadmap priorities reflect revenue opportunities and market demand
- Lead end to end feature launches, defining value propositions and go to market plans that demonstrate measurable customer impact
- Communicate clearly with executive leadership, engineering, sales and customers, presenting roadmaps, specifications, success metrics and progress with confidence
- Build and maintain market intelligence across AdTech, competitive landscape, ad fraud and optimisation technologies, Google advertising platforms, and affiliate ecosystems
- Manage and mentor a Product Owner, driving strong delivery practices and supporting their development
- Conduct customer discovery through interviews, data analysis and insight synthesis to validate hypotheses and identify unmet needs
- Partner cross functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure product development and adoption are seamless
- Define, track and report on product KPIs covering performance, adoption and customer satisfaction
Required experience and qualifications
- 5 plus years in product management and 5 plus years in the AdTech industry, which can be concurrent
- Proven track record delivering MVPs that achieved product market fit and measurable business impact
- Demonstrated ownership across the product lifecycle, including prioritisation, roadmap definition, delivery, launch and iteration
- Experience launching and scaling B2B SaaS products
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to communicate complex technical topics to technical and non technical audiences
- Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems including programmatic, attribution, and optimisation strategies
- Experience managing direct reports and building high performing teams
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills, comfortable using analytics and product intelligence tools
Technical knowledge
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Google PPC and Performance Max campaign structures, optimisation approaches and reporting
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing ecosystems including tracking, commission models, affiliate management platforms and fraud challenges
- Strong command of AdTech KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV, CPM, Quality Score and Impression Share, and ability to link product changes to customer performance outcomes
- Experience with Google Ads reporting; Looker and Fullstory are advantageous
- Familiarity with invalid traffic, click fraud, bot traffic, conversion fraud and traffic quality standards
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks and common integration patterns
- Agile delivery experience, ideally with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Desirable experience
- Experience building optimisation or performance enhancement products that measurably improve advertising efficiency and ROI
- Experience expanding products across multiple verticals such as e commerce, retail, travel, gaming and financial services
- Exposure to AI or ML driven products, fraud detection models or optimisation algorithms
- Experience with enterprise clients and complex B2B sales cycles
- Prior experience in a high growth SaaS startup or scale up environment
- Google Ads certifications or related credentials
Location and working style
This is a remote first role, ideally based in the UK or close European time zones to ensure strong overlap with customers and internal teams. Travel may be required for customer meetings and occasional in person collaboration.
