There are companies in adtech that talk about innovation, and then there are those quietly building the infrastructure that helps some of the world’s largest advertisers and agency groups make smarter, faster, and more connected decisions. This business sits firmly in the latter category. Built at the intersection of data science, analytics, and programmatic trading, it has grown by helping clients cut through complexity and unlock stronger outcomes across an increasingly fragmented media landscape.

What sets the company apart is not just its technical capability, but the way it brings together commercial thinking, product innovation, and client partnership. The culture is ambitious, collaborative, and deeply international. Teams work across markets and disciplines, united by a belief that great client outcomes come from curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to keep evolving. It is a place where people are trusted to take ownership, solve problems thoughtfully, and work closely with colleagues across product, technology, analytics, and commercial teams.

The timing of this hire is important. As enterprise relationships continue to grow in scale and complexity, the business is investing further in how it supports global platform adoption and long term client value. With more multi market rollouts, more senior stakeholders involved, and a greater need for joined up engagement across global and local teams, this role has become a key part of the next stage of growth.

They are now looking for a Client Success Manager to take on a globally focused role with the scope and influence of a lead. This is not a standard CSM position. It is designed for someone who can act as the central point of ownership across a small number of high value global platform relationships, bringing seniority, structure, and leadership to complex client environments. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, guiding onboarding, rollout, adoption, and ongoing engagement across multiple regions. At the same time, you will partner internally with product, technology, enablement, analytics, and local market teams to ensure clients are not only supported, but genuinely seeing value from the platform.

Success in this role will come from being able to bring structure to complexity. You will lead global onboarding plans, align regional teams around consistent ways of working, and make sure launches land smoothly across markets. You will own escalation processes from end to end, helping clients navigate issues with clarity and confidence while working internally to drive resolution and continuous improvement. You will also play an important role in platform adoption, using business reviews, training, communications, and product updates to keep momentum high and ensure clients understand the value of what is being delivered.

Beyond delivery, this role is also about influence. You will become a trusted voice for the client internally, shaping feedback loops with product teams, helping prioritize enhancements, and contributing to roadmap conversations that strengthen long term partnerships. It is a role for someone who enjoys operating at both strategic and practical levels, equally comfortable in senior stakeholder conversations and in the detail of making global programs run effectively.

The ideal background could come from client success, account management, program management, or a similar role within adtech, martech, SaaS, or a technology led media environment. You will likely have experience working with enterprise clients across multiple markets, managing both central and local stakeholders, and supporting complex platform adoption or onboarding programs. Just as important is the mindset: highly organized, commercially aware, calm under pressure, and able to communicate clearly with everyone from end users to senior leadership. A strong understanding of data, adoption metrics, and client needs will be essential, along with the credibility to build trust across both client and internal teams.

For someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, building strong global partnerships, and stepping into a role that carries genuine lead level responsibility without needing the lead title, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a business that is continuing to evolve and invest.
