Exciting Opportunity – Digital Campaign Coordinator:

Are you ready to step into a dynamic role as a Digital Campaign Coordinator within our organization? This is a unique chance to make a significant impact on our digital campaigns across various divisions.

Role Overview:

As a Digital Campaign Coordinator, you’ll be entrusted with managing campaigns that span our entire business division. In this post-sales position, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, management, and brand partners. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptionally effective digital and lead generation campaigns for our diverse clientele. This role involves client interaction and demands a commitment to ensuring campaign success for both high-profile corporations and smaller enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the execution of display advertisements and delivering comprehensive campaign reports, both internally and externally.
  • Handling requests for lead generation campaigns, providing insights on cost per lead based on our data analysis.
  • Overseeing campaign setup and coordinating with our marketing teams for organic campaign delivery.
  • Collaboration with external partners, if necessary, for telemarketing or additional data.
  • Rigorous quality assurance to ensure the excellence of leads.
  • Continual campaign optimization and reporting.
  • Developing informative dashboards to track campaign delivery and status, with regular reporting.
  • Close collaboration with internal sales champions, the broader sales team, management for delivery-related matters, risks, and challenges, and divisional marketing teams for scheduling, cadence, copy, data, updates, and more.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A strong background in digital media.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, adept at multitasking and thriving under pressure.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and a confident approach to working with data.
  • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager and/or Advanced Ads.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of social media publishing.

Preferred Experience:

  • Relevant experience within a publishing, agency, or client marketing environment.
  • Previous work with lead management platforms.
  • The ability to grasp technical concepts and convey them effectively to individuals with varying technical expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Content creation skills, including subject lines.
  • A broader understanding of SEO would be an asset.
