Account Manager, Attention & Measurement platform (AdTech):
Salary circa £50K + bonus.
Exciting opportunity here with a leading business in Digital Media and AdTech!
My client are going from strength to strength, with a product & expertise build around understanding attention metrics, which is amongst the highest growth areas in Online Advertising.
They’re a key player in this space and are now looking to further build out their client services team, ideally with someone analytical and able to partner consultatively to help clients get the best out of their product / platform and advise them on how to ensure their ads are getting the right amount of attention to drive success!
The day to day:
- You’ll be focused on a managing a tier 1 Media Agency patch across Europe, across all the inner agencies across that hold co in various markets
- Be a key driver of the success / growth of their clients from strategic planning, securing renewals, and upselling
- Work closely with sales, implementation, & the technical programmatic AM teams to help new clients successfully onboard and that campaigns & objectives are delivered.
- Ensure product adoption, upsells, and renewals through innate understanding of client needs and consultative recommendations for execution.
- Partner with engineering, product, and technical programmatic AM teams to provide market feedback and customer requests including ensuring client expectations are managed appropriately as their partnership develops and they work together on new solutions.
- Conduct PCA’s and QBRs to clients aligning closely with the Insights team
Background:
- Experience at a tech vendor / agency within the Digital / AdTech ecosystem (ideally 2-4 years exp)
- Have an analytical mindset and ideally knowledge or experience managing campaigns across DSPs.
- Should have a consultative approach to the role, and manage client relationships through a learning agenda & execution at a campaign/project level.
- Great knowledge programmatic & DSPs, can traffic, optimize and report on campaigns.
- Commercially astute, with an ability to identify opportunities to develop accounts.
- Able to form effecting and strong and continuous business relationships.
- High level of organisation and ability to cope with a mixture of group of tasks/clients simultaneously.
