The Role
- This is an existing business role you’ll be renewing enterprise accounts (six figure ARR) as well as growing those accounts
- Selling to well known retail, ecommerce, fashion, luxury, travel enterprise organisations
- Adding different regions and brands from your existing clients
Requirements
- You are currently (or very recently) in a existing business role at a SaaS MarTech vendor – ideally a email/multi channel engagement MarTech, CX, Personalisation, Customer Journey etc
- You have lots of experience renewing and growing six figure accounts – you must be handling these yourself
- Work closely with CS
- Ideally you have account managed enterprise luxury, fashion, retail or ecommerce brands
- Have hit / over acheived against most of your targets
- Experience with >1m BoB
- Can come into the London office x3 days a week
- Have longevity in most of your roles
