Sales Lead x 1 Sales Managers x 3 (Client Direct – FMCG/CPG) – DOOH / Retail Media start-up

Salary $120k – $160k base range / huge upside

The opportunity:

We’re working exclusively on an exciting launch project with a highly reputable business with over 1000 employees globally and a strong track record in both technology and delivering shopper marketing solutions for brands, mainly in the retail and FMCG space.

They have built a highly sophisticated DOOH solution curated in partnership with one of the biggest retail groups in APAC, enabling them to deliver targeted ads in store, linking up with POS promotions. You’ll be backed by a large and successful business but will sit within a start-up unit dedicated to taking the solution to market.

You MUST HAVE a strong sales background (outright hunter NOT farmer), selling in either AdTech, Digital / Retail Media adverting products, direct to brands.

We will only consider candidates who can showcase:

• Amazing digital sales track record being a top performer in roles you’ve held
• Be able to name CMO’s, Marketing Director, Brand Managers etc clientside (FMCG / CPG), as a major part of your network
• If you have agency contacts at a senior level who run major accounts such as P & G, Unilever, L’Oreal, Coca Cola, Heineken etc – that’s a benefit

Due to the highly targeted nature of these sales roles, we’ll only be able to respond to candidates who can showcase the above….
