AV Account Manager

Location – London (Hybrid structure)

Salary – up to £45,000

One of my clients, a well known independent media agency is growing out their AV department with a new hire at the Account Manager level. They’re known in the market for being an agency that punches well above their weight, delivering campaigns for clients that are looking to take an unfair share of the media landscape.

This position is a senior role within the team, managing both the AV activity for a range of different clients who are always looking to push the boundaries of media with big budgets and lots of room for test & learns. Having been around for over 10 years now, this client have won many awards such as best place to work in media for multiple consecutive years and are considered one of the major players in the market!

The role will require a very strong client management skillset with the ability to communicate well with senior stakeholders on the client side. There will be opportunities to introduce the client to the latest innovative AV campaign strategies and platforms which means you need to be up to date with the latest trends in the market!

The ideal candidate will be working in an Agency in an AV position with a few years experience in an Senior Account Executive role or already in an Account Manager position!

Requirements –

• Multiple years experience planning and delivering AV campaigns, ideally at AM or AD level
• Strong understanding of Audio, TV, CTV, BVOD and Cinema channels
• Experienced managing junior team members
• Able to manage client stakeholders to a high level
• Experience working on international markets
• Comfortable across the relevant technical platforms relating to the aforementioned channels
• Curious and confident mindset
