Programmatic Ad Operations Lead
Salary: £60 – £80K base (dependent on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Ad Operations Lead with a strong background in programmatic advertising implementation and optimisation (particularly around the open exchange and video ads across desktop, mobile, and CTV). This senior IC role requires someone who is used to ambiguity and can help create processes and establish best practices in a high-growth business with a market-leading and unique offering. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of ad campaigns, focusing on maximizing performance and revenue through programmatic channels. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to drive programmatic and video strategy, optimizations, and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- High levels of proficiency using GAM
- Lead the execution and delivery of programmatic open exchange and video ad campaigns
- Manage ad trafficking, targeting, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Optimise campaigns for performance, efficiency, and revenue
- Lead SSP and DPS integration with key partners
- Collaborate with commercial leadership, product teams, tech, and analytics teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
- Immersed in the data and analytics to make strategic recommendations around optimising inventory
- Keep ahead of industry programmatic trading and measurement trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in ad operations, with a focus on programmatic and video
- Strong understanding of GAM, DSPs, SSPs, and ad servers
- Proven track record in optimizing revenue across open exchange environments
- Passion for sports and digital media
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
