The Company

They are revolutionising aviation risk management by combining cutting-edge data analytics, AI-driven insights, and world-class expertise to deliver real-time, actionable intelligence. Their platform empowers airlines, operators, and aviation stakeholders to proactively mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance operational resilience, without adding complexity to their workflows.

Currently operating on a remote/hybrid working policy, they traditonally meet in London a couple of times a month. Reporting directly into the Global Head of Marketing, she has spent the last few years estbalishing their brand strategy, building awareness of both the company and their product solutions in market, resulting in a plethora of well-know global clients. Her team, currently of 3, requires a demand gen expert to compliment the wider skills in the marketing department.

The Role

They are a scale-up with ambitious goals and international clients. You’ll need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty, whether it’s fine-tuning campaign performance, building out multi-channel strategies, or testing new growth levers, all while keeping an eye on the bigger picture and aligning demand gen efforts with business objectives.

  • Own and build the demand generation function from the ground up, crafting and executing strategies that fuel pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Develop and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels—paid, organic, content, events, partnerships more. (However digital experitse is the main skills required)
  • Experiment rapidly to identify scalable growth tactics, optimising based on data-driven insights.
  • Align with Sales to ensure marketing efforts translate into real revenue impact, collaborating closely on lead scoring, qualification, and handoff processes.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to track, measure, and optimise marketing performance.
  • Build and lead a small but mighty team, with the potential to scale as the company grows.
  • Act as a thought leader, internally and externally by creating demand-driving content and positioning the brand in key industry conversations.
