This role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven record in winning new business, cultivating senior client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with founder and the leadership team to expand the company’s presence across key sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Development: Drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities within mid-to-large enterprises in Germany. Source and qualify high-potential leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Client Prospecting & Qualification: Identify and engage target customers, conduct discovery meetings, and deeply understand client challenges to tailor MiniMBA’s offerings effectively.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders (C-suite in marketing and L&D). Act as a strategic advisor and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Proposals & Negotiation: Deliver compelling, commercially sound proposals and presentations. Negotiate terms to create win–win outcomes that align client goals with MiniMBA’s business objectives.
- Partnerships & Networking: Collaborate with leadership to establish strategic partnerships with external organizations, industry influencers, and networks. Represent MiniMBA at events, conferences, and forums to expand brand visibility.
- Reporting & Accountability: Maintain clear, structured CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

- Proven Track Record: Success in delivering new business with midsized–large organizations, ideally within marketing or L&D industries.
- Commercial Acumen: Skilled in driving revenue, managing KPIs, and closing deals in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Relationship Builder: Able to engage senior decision-makers, nurture trust, and translate relationships into long-term partnerships.
