The opportunity:

A global media-tech business is on a mission to transform how people experience TV and how brands and agencies access new audiences, through first class data & measurement capabilities!

With offices spanning Europe, Asia, and the US, they’re growing fast — and now need a Workplace Experience Manager to continue to make their London hub a place where people love to work.

The role:

In this role, you’ll oversee daily office operations, manage the Warsaw-based Workplace Coordinator, and support sites across Amsterdam, Hamburg, Porto, and Taipei.

From keeping the office running smoothly to coordinating events, leadership visits, and culture-building initiatives, you’ll be at the heart of creating an environment where people can do their best work.

We’re looking for someone who’s warm, resourceful, and highly organised. You’ll be confident juggling vendors, budgets, and compliance while also rolling up your sleeves to solve problems on the spot. Above all, you’ll care about fostering a workplace that feels welcoming, functional, and full of energy.
