Following an $8M seed round in 2022 and a breakthrough year of profitability in 2024, they’re now scaling fast and expanding across Europe.

They’re now searching for a Sales Manager based in Germany to lead brand and agency partnerships across the German market. This is a key commercial role for someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving growth in a fast-evolving category of digital advertising.

You’ll take full ownership of the market, developing new relationships with media agencies and brands, negotiating terms, and maximising every opportunity to grow revenue. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help shape the commercial strategy for Germany, translating cutting-edge ad tech into creative, impactful campaigns that deliver for clients and players alike.

You’ll bring a background in media or ad tech sales (4+ years), a consultative approach to business development, and a natural flair for relationship building. You’re commercially sharp, confident in meetings and presentations, and know how to craft a compelling pitch. Most importantly, you’re proactive, resilient, and excited by the chance to join a high-growth startup where your ideas and actions have a real impact.
