Salary: £80,000–£95,000 + commission + stock and benefits
Looking for a commercially minded, creative-strategic leader ready to drive growth across one of the UK’s most forward-thinking digital marketing groups with capabilities across social creative strategy, influencer marketing, commerce and other service lines.
We’re looking for a Head of Growth to shape and lead a best-in-class growth function spanning media, creative, and technology disciplines. you’ll partner with senior leadership to deliver a growth strategy that fuels new business, optimises performance, and strengthens client relationships across multiple business units. It’s essential that the ideal candidate has extensive agency pitch experience so we can only consider candidates who have extensive new business experience winning blue chip brands for media or creative agencies due to the complexities of the proposition.
You’ll oversee a talented team of growth leads working across social-first creative, performance marketing, and digital consultancy — empowering them to deliver smarter, faster, and more impactful results. From evolving CRM systems and lead generation processes to driving new commercial models and innovative marketing activations, you’ll be at the centre of scaling a modern, data-driven agency ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the company’s global growth strategy, defining focus areas and optimising performance across agency and product services
- Act as a player-coach, leading and closing big ticket pitches with CMOs but also directing the efforts of your team
- Manage a high-performing growth team to achieve ambitious new business targets
- Partner with marketing to design B2B outreach programmes to influence clients (CMOs and decision makers at brands)
- Enhance CRM and automation tools (HubSpot experience a plus) to drive efficiency and conversion
- Experiment with AI-powered processes, new business models and performance frameworks to accelerate revenue growth
- Represent the brand at industry events and build relationships with media, tech and agency partners
About you:
- 10+ years’ experience in growth, marketing or new business roles within media or creative agencies
- Proven success driving commercial growth through winning new logos and optimising team performance
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, commercial forecasting and CRM systems (Hubspot), setting up sales cadences and marketing outreach automation
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator with a test-and-learn mindset
