In this leadership role, you’ll own the brand narrative and content strategy across all channels, ensuring every story reinforces the business’s distinct positioning in both B2B and B2C markets. You’ll lead a talented team to deliver impactful thought leadership, compelling customer stories, and measurable organic growth.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute a content and communications strategy that builds authority and engagement across web, social, and owned channels and drive overall brand metrics and customer engagement and conversion.
• Lead the evolution of brand tone and visual consistency, working with internal stakeholders and creative partners.
• Drive organic growth through smart SEO, digital PR, and content-led inbound marketing.
• Build a library of proof points — case studies, customer statements, testimonials, etc — that demonstrate customer success and credibility.
• Coach and inspire a high-performing team while collaborating closely with performance, growth, and product teams.
About you:
You’re a customer-obsessed content leader with 5–8 years’ experience in brand, content, or communications roles, ideally across both B2B and B2C. You know how to balance creativity with performance metrics, turning insights into stories that drive measurable results. Experience with SEO-led content strategies, brand storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
