Please note: The business is finishing for Christmas this week, so applications will be reviewed during the first week of January.

In recent years, a fast growing technology business quietly set out to raise the standard of social care. Built for forward thinking care providers, the platform was designed to help teams move beyond clunky, outdated systems and towards something far more human. The founding belief was simple: when care teams are supported with intuitive, intelligent tools, they can spend less time on admin and more time delivering proactive, person led care that genuinely improves lives.

Today, that belief underpins a platform used by thousands of care providers across the UK, supporting tens of thousands of people every day. By helping teams anticipate needs earlier, prevent issues before they escalate, and make smarter decisions with better data, the business is playing a meaningful role in shaping the future of care. It exists to help people live healthier, happier lives, and to give care professionals the tools they deserve.

The culture reflects that mission. This is a team that cares deeply about impact, clarity, and accountability. People are encouraged to challenge how things have always been done, to build with purpose, and to take ownership of their work. Collaboration is central, with Marketing working hand in hand with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to ensure everything delivered has real world value for customers.

As the business continues to scale, marketing has become a critical growth lever. Demand is increasing, the product is evolving, and the market opportunity is significant. To support this next chapter, the team is now looking for a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of how the business shows up, how it generates pipeline, and how it builds long term customer relationships.

This role sits at the heart of the commercial engine. You will shape and articulate a clear marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and customer marketing, translating company goals into a focused, measurable roadmap. You will lead the development of scalable inbound and outbound engines, building awareness in the market while consistently delivering qualified opportunities that drive revenue. From content and SEO to paid channels, partnerships, ABM, and go to market launches, you will connect strategy to execution and insight to action.

You will also play a key role in building the function itself. This is a hands on leadership role where you will enable and develop the team, reduce reliance on agencies, introduce clear processes, and foster a culture of accountability. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, you will ensure campaigns are aligned to real customer needs, product timelines, and commercial priorities, while providing leadership with clear visibility on performance, attribution, and return on investment.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys building as much as delivering. You are likely to bring deep experience in SaaS marketing, with strong command of HubSpot across CRM, automation, reporting, and CMS. You know how to run and optimise PPC and SEO in house, build attribution models that leadership can trust, and use data to make better decisions. Just as importantly, you bring a coaching mindset, confidence in setting direction, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution.

For the right person, this is a chance to shape and scale a high impact marketing function within a mission driven technology business, and to play a tangible role in transforming a sector that truly matters.

If you’re looking for a role where marketing has a clear seat at the table, where outcomes matter, and where your work can genuinely improve lives, we’d love to tell you more.
