Responsibilities

  • Own the performance, strategy, planning and reporting across multiple client accounts
  • Manage day-to-day programmatic trading operations across multiple live campaigns
  • Deliver advanced optimisation to maximise performance and drive revenue growth
  • Lead client updates, reporting and insight sessions, translating data into clear actions and opportunities
  • Manipulate campaign data to identify trends, anomalies and performance levers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues including delivery problems, discrepancies and creative/ad serving challenges
  • Work closely with Client Services to manage requests and communicate campaign changes clearly
  • Partner with Creative Production teams to execute an effective DCO strategy
  • Support Product teams by contributing to business cases for product improvement and technical development
  • Build and run structured testing plans to improve results (new ideas, hypotheses, learnings, iteration)
  • Proactively manage client expectations: educate on best practice, KPIs, and what is / isn’t possible
  • Help clients develop their wider display strategy by delivering “client firsts” and strategic innovation
  • Become a go-to partner clients trust, proactive, consultative, and commercially aware

Experience

  • Strong programmatic background with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Confident working across multiple DSPs, ad servers, ad ops trafficking and creative troubleshooting
  • Comfortable running complex, multi-channel programmatic campaigns
  • Experience beyond standard display (Video, Native, DOOH or Audio) is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities at pace
  • Analytical and data-driven & confident manipulating data to support recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail (underperformance, discrepancies, delivery issues)
  • Client-facing confidence, able to communicate insights and influence stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership, initiative, accountability, and proactive execution
  • Able to work autonomously under pressure in a fast-moving environment
