Agency Sales Manager
London – Hybrid – 3 days in the office

This role sits within a collaborative commercial team and offers hands on exposure to agency relationships, integrated campaigns, and premium media brands. Ideal for someone early in their media sales career looking to step up and learn fast.
What you will do:
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships within the UK advertising space.
- Build and maintain first class product, industry and competitor knowledge.
- Collaborate with the wider UK team to seek out any opportunity for cross selling.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth campaign delivery.
- Ensure all revenue targets and KPIs are exceeded.
- Ensure CRM is up-to-date and accurate at all times.
Who is my client looking for?
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in online advertising sales and experience in both winning business and managing key accounts.
- Demonstrable track record in exceeding targets and experience in selling display campaign & finding creative solutions.
- You have working knowledge of Programmatic trading and selling across multiple touchpoints such as social, content, partnerships, display
- You are experienced in presenting to agency contacts.
- Thanks to your engaging character you are able to quickly build relationships while demonstrating authority.
- You are a great communicator, both written and verbal.
- You are enthusiastic, flexible, communicative and calm in stressful situations.
