We’re partnering with a high-growth, product-led business operating at the intersection of performance marketing, user acquisition, and monetisation in the gaming space.
The company sits within a wider portfolio of leading global businesses across gaming (publishing & studio), adtech, data and research.
This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a scalable, revenue-generating product, driving strategy across growth, engagement, and optimisation.
You’ll sit at the heart of the business, leading cross-functional teams across product, data, and engineering, with a clear mandate: build, scale, and monetise efficiently.
💡 The Opportunity
- Own the product vision and roadmapfor a performance-driven platform
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and LTV optimisationat scale
- Leverage data, experimentation, and A/B testingto unlock growth
- Partner closely with commercial teams to align product and revenue strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing product function
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience owning growth or monetisation-led products, mobile gaming or consumer facing app space
- Strong understanding of performance marketing / digital acquisition funnels
- Data-led mindset with a track record of experimentation and optimisation
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate at pace in high-growth environments
- MUST HAVE MOBILE GAMING OR CONSUMER FACING APP EXPERIENCE
