Account Manager – Lead Generation Scale-Up:

Salary – up to £45K + bonus/commission

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, balancing remote work with office presence in their London hub. The team gathers for regular co-working days during the week.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Account management of existing client accounts to sustain and enhance revenue.
  • Developing and nurturing robust partnerships with clients and their teams.
  • Organizing and participating in quarterly business reviews and other meetings to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Managing and optimizing assigned accounts to meet client needs.
  • Handling routine client inquiries.
  • Attending relevant client and networking events to foster client relationship development.
  • Implementing and advising on performance marketing concepts to optimize assigned accounts.
  • Producing account management documentation, including regular client reports with campaign insights and growth opportunities.
  • Reporting program performance to team lead.
  • Analyzing past campaigns to influence future opportunities.
  • Generating regular and customized reports on assigned campaigns.
  • Allocating budget among publishers.
  • Maintaining and expanding our publisher portfolio.
  • Collaborating and negotiating with top-performing publishers for maximum delivery.
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development and growth.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Solid experience in operations or client services within the performance marketing industry.
  • Strong planning and review capabilities with an organized approach.
  • Excellent project management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Outstanding professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability in client relationship building, with strong influencing and networking skills.
  • Results-oriented focus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Resilience and adaptability in the face of change.
  • Commitment to delivering value and excellent service to both internal and external customers.
  • Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and its role within the broader online marketing mix.
  • Knowledge of multi-channel marketing.
  • Eagerness to stay current with emerging trends and developments in digital marketing and client business verticals/technologies.
  • Right to work in the UK at the commencement of employment (Sponsorship is not offered for this role).
