Role – Business Director, leading CRM Agency

Location – London/Bristol (Hybrid Structure explained below)

Salary – up to £80,000

We’re working with on of the UK’s leading CRM agencies who have some of the worlds largest brands within their client portfolio. Due to a period of exceptional growth, they’re looking to add a new senior appointment within their ranks – a Business Director to take the lead on their largest and most important client.

This role will involve leading client communications from the front and owning the relationship with very senior stakeholders. You’d be the first point of contact for day to day updates with the client and leading a sizable team beneath you, you’d have the scope to act quickly and ensure that the clients needs are being serviced around the clock.

Naturally due to this role being within a CRM agency, a very high level understanding of CRM within an agency background is required alongside many years experience working in a client leadership capacity on a large scale client.

Please Note – This role can either be based twice a week in their London office, with an additional two days a month in the Bristol office (expenses paid for) OR it can be based two days a week fully in the Bristol office.
