You’ll need to be available to meet media agencies in person in the Dusseldorf area regularly.
The Company
This company are a well-known and powerful marketing & ad tech product that is used by big brands and agencies to power the marketing & ad campaigns.
They have built a specific German 3rd party cookieless data product which big media agencies use to run their campaigns.
Unlike their American counterparts this data is superior as it’s made for the region, its very GDPR & privacy compliant.
It’s also future proof and changes to cookies and privacy laws will only hurt their competitors and not them.

· Super powerful data, completely obliterates their competitors
· They’re the only data partner for Amazon’s DSP
· Global company with small and close team based in Germany.
· The company started in Germany
· This is the first of this such role to be based in Germany, they have plans to grow the team (which means you could lead that in the future)
· It’s not the hardest sell in the world as they have warm agency relationships.
Role
· The focus is to be winning business within the large media agencies, you will do this by utilising your network and the existing warm client base and going in to present the data products.
· Work on the inbound business, agencies are already using this data product and will reach out directly to find out what to do with the data
· Be the point of contact and the base of knowledge for how the data can help with programmatic and social campaigns for German media agencies.
· Keep prospecting new and existing media agencies.
· Presenting to account teams
· Be out meeting clients face to face, with lots of lunches, drinks and entertainment – keeping a great relationship with clients
Requirements
· They are looking for at least 1.5 to 4 years’ experience in a big media agency, in most likely an account management role
· You have relationships with trading, planners, and ADs withing the large German media agency.
· Must have experience in programmatic and social digital media buying.
· You must have great presentation skills.
· You also must be keen to move into a target driven business development role within a technology vendor.
· You speak native German and English fluently.
