A fast growing social publishing business is building some of the most engaging fashion, beauty and lifestyle content in the market, creating brands and formats designed specifically for how audiences consume media today.

With a growing portfolio of lifestyle titles and strong momentum across social video, the business has created a compelling proposition for advertisers looking to connect with highly engaged audiences through culturally relevant content.

They are now looking for a Commercial Sales Lead to help drive the next stage of growth across fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

You will take ownership of new business across both agencies and brands directly, while also growing existing relationships. The role is highly commercial and proactive, with a strong focus on building pipeline, spotting opportunities and turning ideas into meaningful partnerships.

You will work closely with content and creative teams to develop concepts that feel natural for the audience while delivering against client objectives. From pitching new ideas to shaping campaign responses and leading brainstorms, you will play a key role in connecting commercial opportunity with great content.

The ideal person will bring 2 plus years of media sales experience, with strong knowledge of social video and existing relationships across fashion, beauty and lifestyle. You will be confident pitching, negotiating and opening new doors, with the commercial instinct to understand what clients need and the creativity to help shape the solution.
