Sales Director – AdTech 

Salary – £60-80K + double OTE

This fast-scaling AdTech company, backed by leading VCs and already profitable, is transforming the way brands reach audiences through exclusive ad inventory that no competitor can offer. With growing traction across holding company agencies and rapid expansion into new markets, they’re now seeking a Sales Director to drive high-value revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll act as a senior commercial lead, taking full ownership of building and converting opportunities with agencies and brands. You’ll be hands-on in developing pipelines, shaping pitches, and closing strategic deals that demonstrate the unique value of the platform. With exclusive access to inventory that’s generating huge interest, you’ll be in a position to open doors and make a tangible impact fast.

This role requires a proven track record in AdTech or media sales, with established agency relationships and the ability to navigate complex deal structures. You’ll be commercially sharp, highly driven, and confident in bringing new propositions to market—able to tell a compelling story that translates into revenue.
