Agency Sales Manager
Sales Manager
London | £50,000 to £60,000 plus commission | Adtech and Programmatic
Digital advertising is changing quickly. Audiences are becoming harder to understand, and advertisers increasingly want evidence that media investment is reaching real people and creating real business outcomes.
This growing Adtech business has spent more than a decade building an alternative.
Its technology combines anonymised mobile, financial, location and behavioural data to help brands understand who their audiences really are, where they go, what they buy and how they consume media. Those insights can then be activated across programmatic channels, creating a much closer connection between audience understanding, media planning and measurable performance.
The proposition is already delivering results across sectors including financial services, retail, travel, automotive and FMCG, with campaigns demonstrating measurable improvements across qualified leads, sales, brand consideration and return on media investment.
Now the business is entering a significant new phase.
Following a recent acquisition by an international location intelligence business, it has access to greater technology, engineering capability and global scale. At the same time, the London commercial team is still relatively early in its journey, creating an opportunity for new sales talent to help shape how the business grows in market.
They are looking for a Sales Manager who can take ownership of a patch across a major agency group, client direct relationships, or a combination of both.
You will build relationships, open new conversations and turn the platform’s data and technology into compelling commercial opportunities. The role covers the full sales journey, from identifying prospects and generating meetings through to responding to briefs, presenting solutions, negotiating and closing campaigns.
You do not need to arrive knowing every part of the proposition. You do need to understand digital media, enjoy building relationships and be comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to arrive.
For someone looking to make their mark in Adtech, this is an opportunity to join at a particularly interesting moment, with a differentiated product, growing international backing and a London team that still has plenty of room to develop.
£50,000 to £60,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission.
